20 Coolest Sci-Fi and Horror Movie Posters for Summer

It’s hot. I think we can all agree on that. So, what better way to ignore and reprimand the sun for being a deadly lazer than to pop in a couple of these movies that have the most awesome covers we’ve ever seen.

One of the drawbacks of very few brick and mortar rental stores is that you lose the pleasure of roaming the aisles, smelling popcorn and bubblegum and hearing the slushie machine in the background. Studying each shiny cover until the one catches your eye and that’s the one you want. Is it going to be a good movie? Who knows? But the cover was amazing and that was all that really mattered.

Below are some of the Kali Krew’s favourite horror and sci-fi movie covers.

  1. The art for “Jennifer’s Body” got me to rent it. Also, “Bubba Ho-Tep,” “The Autopsy of Jane Doe,” and “When Animals Dream.” And it was the poster for “Hellraiser” that got me into the theater for that film.
