- Giveaways should be sent to the winner directly from the provider/sponsor. Scifi and Scary will act only as an intermediary.
- Giveaways will run for up to 7 days unless the sponsor requests otherwise (but no longer than 14 days).
- Provider/sponsor will be contacted by Scifi and Scary when the giveaway ends with the address of the winner.
- Scifi and Scary is not responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged items.
- Giveaways will be promoted via pinned post for the duration of the giveaway.
- Entrants must be 13 years or older to enter a giveaway on Scifi and Scary.
- All Giveaways must run through Rafflecopter unless its a first-come/first-serve limited (15 or under) item.
- Winner(s) will be chosen via Rafflecopter & will be announced on Scifi and Scary, Twitter, and contacted via email if they win.
- Winner(s) have up to 48 hours to respond to email informing them of their win. If no response within 48 hours, a re-draw will be done.
- Personal information will never be sold or shared.
- We reserve the right to end a giveaway early without notice, or to disqualify an entrant as we see fit if necessary.
