Sci-Fi & Scary would like to start featuring science fiction crafts and horror crafts on the site.
Do You Make Science Fiction Crafts? Horror Crafts?
If you do any of the following, chances are you’ll be eligible to have a project featured (as long as its themed science fiction crafts or horror crafts).
- Knit
- Crochet
- Sew
- Craft Cosplay Costumes
- Paint
- Draw
- Make Miniatures
- Do Costume Makeup Tutorials
If you do something else, but still feel it qualifies, just tell me about it in the form below.
(So yes, if you make an awesome Dr. Who scarf, a tutorial would be welcome. If you bake Serenity shaped cookies, that works too. If you’re in to crafting Cosplay Costumes, I’d love a post walking us through conception to execution.)
What would be involved:
I expect your post to contain at least 500 words describing your project, process, whatever. If it doesn’t have an obvious connection to something in science fiction or horror, you’ll need to explain for everyone how the concept relates.
Lots of pictures are welcome, but you agree that you are granting Sci-Fi & Scary the right to use the photos. (Ie: Social media linking to bring attention to the article.)
Sci-Fi & Scary reserve the right to make editing and/or proofreading changes to your submitted article.
Posts must be submitted at least 1 week prior to posting date.
Sci-Fi & Scary does not intend to profit in any way from featuring crafters. So, no, there won’t be a charge for posting your work.
