  2. I completely agree about The Martian. I read Station Eleven after it and I think my experience of that book suffered as a result. Other readers have found it beautiful, elegiac etc. I just found it a bit dull and slow… after The Martian everything was!

    1. I’m writing up the review now for what *could* have been another great scifi read full of science and exploration and adventure and……..grrrrrrrrrr. IT wasn’t.
